Terms of Service

By ordering from Plot Plan Pro, you agree to these terms and acknowledge the limits of non-certified GIS and aerial planning exhibits.

Services and limitations

Plot Plan Pro provides non-certified property research, clerical support, and existing-conditions planning exhibits derived from available public records, imagery, and customer information. Deliverables are not boundary surveys, engineering, architecture, legal opinions, appraisals, utility locations, or signed, sealed, or stamped plans. They cannot establish legal property lines or field construction dimensions.

Customer responsibilities

You must provide accurate order information, have authority to provide uploaded materials, review the deliverable, and confirm the reviewing authority’s requirements. Permit acceptance, zoning conclusions, code compliance, and approval are not guaranteed.

Timing and source review

Standard turnaround is 2–3 business days after verified payment and source coverage. Rush orders target less than 12 business hours Monday–Friday after source coverage is confirmed. These are service targets, not guarantees. Conflicting, missing, or unreliable records may pause work while we contact you.

Payments, cancellations and refunds

Payment is due at checkout. Prices and selected services are shown before payment. Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

Uploads and permitted use

You retain ownership of materials you upload and give Plot Plan Pro permission to use them only as reasonably necessary to evaluate, prepare, store, support, and deliver the order. You may use the final deliverable for your own planning and submission needs, subject to its stated limitations.

Corrections

Site Plan Basic includes one correction round for mistakes or clarifications within the original order scope. New scope, changed project details, or additional proposed conditions may require a separate fee.
