Information we collect

We may collect your name, company, email, phone number, property address, project description, parcel information, uploaded documents or images, order selections, payment status, and communications with us. Stripe processes card details; Plot Plan Pro does not receive your complete card number.

How we use information

• Verify service coverage and process orders.
• Research the property and prepare requested deliverables.
• Send receipts, order updates, approval requests, and completed work.
• Prevent fraud, troubleshoot service issues, and comply with legal obligations.

Optional marketing measurement

With your consent, we use Meta advertising technology to measure page visits and completed purchases and to understand the effectiveness of our marketing. The technology may store or read cookies and send event information such as the page viewed, purchase value, currency, and a checkout reference to Meta. We do not send complete payment-card information. You may decline optional marketing cookies without affecting your ability to place an order.

Service providers and sharing

We share information only as needed with providers that support the service, including Stripe for payments, Resend for transactional email, and our website hosting and storage providers. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect rights and security. We do not sell personal information.

Files, security and retention

Uploaded files are used to evaluate and prepare the requested services. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no internet system is risk-free. Records are retained only as reasonably necessary for service, accounting, dispute, security, and legal purposes.

Your choices

You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal information by emailing us. Some records may be retained where required for transactions or legal obligations.
